U.S.A. I went to rockenbach chevrolet on 10/26/04 to play the typical car salesman consumer game to lease a vehicle. When i got there I told them I had to have a payment of no more than $400 per month on 36 month lease & the saleswoman {maureen mo'}said no problem. All I asked for when I called her on 10/29/04 was rate/miles over/residual/exact payment which was not to be over $400 per month & she said I would have to come in & talk to the finance manager cause she was only the sales person. So I talk to Maureen on 11/2/04 & she said come in on 11/3/04 & they would have everthing ready. I went in to rockenbach the next day to get the new vehicle & when I get there they took my keys to get my car processed for trade in. I started talking to the saleswoman & all of a sudden my payments are $40 more a month on 48 month lease opossed to a 36 month lease I asked for. They sent me to talk to the finance manager & he said he could do $400 per month but could not take my car in on trade. I told him I could not afford two cars & he said what happens when you don't make your car payments? I told him they would reposes my car & said let it happen & I could get there vehicle. So after he said that I demanded my car keys back over & over & they kept telling me one more moment while they continued to try & sell this car to me. I finally told them give me my damn keys back & Maureen told me I think I threw them on the roof then the finance manager laughed at her smart ass joke. Needless to say they gave my keys back & I would rather lease/buy from a company called {do we cheat em & how}before I ever go back to rockenbach chevrolet ever again. PhilPLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wisconsin
