South dakota not so perfect—huge insurance scam

I was told by Troy that works there that he would waive my decuctible and send to my insurance company for a windshield replacement.

I had my winshield replaced after it was replaced all of a sudden now he wants 1/2 my deductible. But in the mean time I recieved the insurance check he requested which was $333.

I had a friend call there and ask how much a windshield was for the same make and model of car I had and he told them $278.

So my question is how come he needs more money he already has the money to pay for the windshield from insurance??? He calls and harrassess us all the time.

He is very rude. Do not go there and get any work done.

He is a very huge scammer. Please spread the word.
