Gainsville an absolute rip-off the bbb was no help

While changing the spark plugs in my truck the last plug broke off in the head - eddie's automotive removed the head and removed the broken plug and installed a heli coil.

I paid $580.00 for the repair and within three weeks the truck was returned to eddie's auto repair because the plug blew completely out of the head.

The $580.00 was paid june 21 - it is now january 23 and my truck is still at eddie's automotive not repaired.

I have called the repair shop at least three days out of the week - every week that it has been there - all i get is excuses and blame on the machine shop that supposedly repaired the head in the beginning.

I have contacted the local and national bbb - no help there.

I have asked for my money back so i could get the repair somewhere else.

They will not give me the money back and obviously will not repair my truck.

I want either my money back or my truck properly repaired in a very timely manner.
