Inquired about auto parts on ebay and this slimeball sent me a paypal request for $188. Sent him the money and never received goods. He made one excuse after another, then admitted not sending them and said he would refund money. Now he says I am being punished for asking for a refund. Guy has a history of luring buyers through his ebay auctions then screwing them.
