Mid Atlantic Engines will Pay

I too have been taken by Mid Atlantic Engines. Three months left on my warrenty and the engine goes up. I now find out they are out of business. Called the 800 number and was told they had no affiliation with Mid Atlantic Engines. After speaking with my lawyer I have filed suit against Paul Daley, Jr who was the resident agent of Mid Atlantic Engines. I have also filed suit against the shop that did the work for failure to provide warrenty work under our verbal contract.
