The product I ordered was shipped to a wrong address, so I don't have the product or the $100 I paid for it. Although there is a remote possibility that someone will figure it out and send it to the right address, I would still like to here some response or support in the meantime; however, the company has not responded to my inquiries, so I don't know if the Cross has been returned or if it is lost forever. (The item is the Magnificent Cross.)

All I want is to receive this Cross or, if this is not possible, to receive a refund for the $100. It is frustrating because I am not responsible for the company shipping to the wrong address; so consequently, I should not have to (literally) pay for it.

Since Etsy was one of the parties to the purchase of this item, perhaps it can help me get to the bottom of this dilemma.
