I ordered a CPU fan by OEM part number and their site was an option. The site had listed and fan with picture that said it was the same size and voltage.

After receiving the fan, the plug was completely wrong for any Dell product (confirmed part number on fan received with Dell.com tech support) and the amps were not correct. Contacted company via email and they stated they have never sold that fan and wouldnt have listed a cross reference for it.

Their return policy stated a no refund on shipping and a 20 percent restocking fee even if its not the part I ordered
