Late delivery, bad service - Bloomex

Firstly, my order was meant to be before 12 - it hadnt arrived by 5pm and no one was answering the phone. The flowers (not the ones I ordered) turned up at 6pm. I was told by the online operator that someone would call me the next day, 3 days later I was called, but no apolige. Just a rude "Well, did they turn up?" I will NEVER order anything from these people again.
Unprofessional and rude.
