Lied about delivery - aerobed

They claim they tried to deliver but we were not in. That is a outright lie as we gave up our entire day to stay in just for delivery. We have no way to complain except here. It is so unfair to expect people to stay in from morning till night without telling us anything and then failing to deliver.
