After 3 times changing the dates without contacting me

I ordered some matresses for mdg.ca and they are shipped out by the brick they never called me to inform me of the situation they just didnt show up... I had a date set for friday when they didnt show up i called i was told the matresses were not on the truck sorry for the inconvenient but we will make sure this dont happen again she gave me the tuesday the 30th of october and again after not seing anyone delevering my matresses i called and was told mam... The only date is on the 7th of november... Well been sleeping on a couch god only knows if i will ever get my matresses and shouldnt of have confident in them i called mdg but they cant do nothing cause it's the bricks fault... That is the worst excuse in the book but dont pay them and see if they wont do anything... Customer service is the worst they all say they work for us but after you sing the contracts the hell with everyone they dont even try calling to arrange you
