These people had absolutely NO trouble BILLING my credit card, yet I STILL have not received any flowers OR compensation.in fact, they tried to still charge me the same day delivery fee when THE FLOWERS WERE NEVER DELIVERED. I have called more than 10 (YES TEN) times now and still nothing. Not to mention their HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE. They actually had the nerve to reply to my email and try to say that they had done their part. 1 day and 10 hours later, when I STILL HADNT RECEIVED THE FLOWERS, I called and their customer service rep actually had the nerve to let out a LOUD dramatic sigh when I (very calmly) explained the situation. Now I've lost $51 and tons of cell phone minutes and I STILL DONT HAVE FLOWERS. Oh, and my mom probably thinks I forgot her birthday.
