Uptown Motor's owner admitted in court that his road test was only driving the car ten feet back and forth in his garage.

A road test is supposed to on the road at least around the block but it is usually at least a quarter a mile and most of the time more than that for the purpose of determining that the repairs made to the vehicle are proper and that the car is operating properly and is in good condition with no problems. Driving the car back and forth ten feet in the garage can not do that.

Andy Buczek only drove my car back and forth ten feet after making his negligent and faulty repairs on my 1961 Chrysler 300G classic car but he lumpted a road test in his chages in his bill - I consider this fraudulent.

The result of his negligence in working on my classic car was that the transmission exploded costing me two thousand dollars in repairs. He refused to take responsibility for his negligence and I had to sue him.
