F250 rusting

I brought a 2003 f250 super duty new and experienced rail brake dust in the paint. The dealer tried to fix the problem but had no luck. Here we are 8 years later and the truck is rusting away. I have owned fords since i started driving. I brought this f250 to the dealer recently to show him the rust and there was nothing they could do, out of warrenty. The local body shop tells me the skins on the doors have to be replaced and the rear quarter panel needs to be cut out and replace. You can imagine what the cost to do this job is

I have never experienced this type of rust on my fords in the past. Ford contacts me all the time about buying a new one but after this last experience i do not think it will be a ford.
