F250 rusting away - F250 RUSTING

I brought a 2003 f250 new and had rail brake dust on it. The dealer tried to fix the problem but had no luck. Here we are 8 years later and my f250 is rusting away. I brought it to the dealer to look at and he said it was out of warrenty. The f250 has 86,000 miles on it and the doors and rear quarter panels are rusting away. I brought it to the local body and fender shop and he told me he would have to replace the skins on the doors and cut out the rust on the quarter panels. Well this is not going to be cheap. I have owned fords since i started driving and have never had one rust out on me so soon. Ford is forever trying to get me to buy another ford but after this last experience i do not think ford is in my future.
