Al Bennett Promised a job with Ford motor company, scammed 400$ for a consultation fee with no refund

I was called in for a job interview with Ford of Montebello in Montebello, CA. Upon arriving for said interview I was extended an invite to return for a three day training with Al Bennett of Al Bennett automotive consulting. We were promised jobs if we followed through with the training. An employment application divulging all previous personal and business history was filled out and given to Mr. Al Bennett.

At the end of the second day of training Mr. Bennett revealed that to passcertify the students for the job training that there would be a $399 fee assessed for his consultation services. He pitches this to his students as a 90 day commitment to the dealership we would be working for and that upon 90 days of employment that the fee would be returned to you.

On the third day also considered the graduation day, all the students interviewed with the dealerships owner Chuck McVay.
