Warranty scam

I bought my tires few months ago and was sold a warranty that supposed to cover everything. When the guys at NTB sells these warranties - they tell you it is a "total peace of mind". I got one of the tires damaged recently and went back. Firs they tried to sell me Alignment - then they said "Ok it is covered". BUT once they replaced it I found out that it is pro-rated PLUS I have to pay for installation. So I ended up paying a $140. They do not tell you all these things. The manager said "oh! It is all on the back of the form - you should read it"
