Don Bennett didn't pay me three weeks and fired me. And threatened me with bodely harm

Don Bennett hired me to roof for him. I worked for him about three months.
I spoke out about the poor quality we were doing and that I thought we should redo things. One of the houses that we had worked on leaked. We were sent back to repair it but not given the correct material to fix the job. I again spoke out and was fired. He never paid me, and said he would kick my @* if I did not drop it. Being the type of person he is, I dopped it.
