Questionable

Recently I had what I consider a questionale experience at a service center which happened to be a certain store where I purchased two sets of tires totaling roughly! 000 dollars. I do have a service agreement for road hazzard and such. I had a new tire that was leaking air, so I quickly headed to our neighborhood tire service center across the river. I walked in the door at 2-3 minutes after closing time. All I needed was to have a flat repaired, however I was informed the store had closed. I realize it is a close call and technically speaking it was after hours. Is it expecting to much to care for an elderly couple who must now either seek an alternative solution or would not the better part of valor had been to spend perhaps 15 minutes to fix a stupid tire and not force the old folks to seek service elsewhere or make a return trip in the morning. The way I see it, if the situation were different perhap at the time of purchasing new tire would not someone have been willing to stay a few more minutes? Go figure. I know it is a close call, but Lord help us, is there anyone left who would be willing... To go the extra mile?
