USPS misdelivered my package and takes NO responsibility - USPS PRIORITY MAIL

I am extremely angry at USPS. I was supposed to receive a package that has a tracker ID on it, but they delivered it somewhere else. I have been calling them for 3 weeks now, they keep telling me to call the next day, to call different numbers, to talk to this person, that person, etc...
I am extremely annoyed at them right now, and if I could sue them, I definitely would for incompetence!!
