Do not use the $3 your express car wash @ 204 e. Beltline Rd, Cedar Hill, Texas, 75104. The equipment is faulty and scratches your vehicle paint job, down to the metal -especially if you have a truck. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! When you attempt to get restitution for the damages, the owner, an elderly Anglo male refuses to give his name and the onsite manager, Walter Johnson, will give you his card and an incident form but then refuse to sign it! WHAT HORRIBLE business practices!
The car wash left very evident, patterned scratch marks -some down to the metal - along the hood and top of my son's recently purchased beautiful 2000 Dodge Durango. Before this disaster, the truck 's exterior was in mint condition. My son "babied it" - so much hand washing, waxing, polishing - it drove me crazy! And to think, in just a few minutes, his truck was ruined! Scandalous! The manager fails to accept responsibility and the owner has never deigned to contact us -after numerous requests. How sad, the city allows such LIARS and CON MEN to operate here! I repeat, STAY AWAY FROM THIS $3 YOUR EXPRESS CARWASH at 204 E. Beltline rd, or you too could regret it!!!
