Bob, Jay Refused to fix faulty vehicle or pay for repairs within 2 weeks of purchasing vehicle

I bought a vehicle from Junction 26 Prestige Trade Centre Nottingham a month ago from one of the 3 owners Jay. They sold me a 12 month RAC insurance and said that the vehicle is also under the dealerships warranty for at least 1 month (by law this is actually 3 months) Within 2 weeks the vehicle had gearbox issues and called them to do the repair. Their sales manager Bob said all their preferred garages were full so I should take it to any gearbox specialist for the repair.

The RAC insurance they sold only covered up to GBP500 and the cost was GBP1300 so they had to cover the difference

After the repair they then refused to get back to me several times so I had to pay for the repair. When I went to see them to share that it is their legal obligation to repair, replace or refund they still refused to pay me the money back stating that then they would not make any money on the car.
