At Sunrise Volkwagen I was told by the finance manager Lenny that the only way that I would qualify for a loan is if I purchased a warranty which I had no use for. At a later date, I checked with the lending bank (Chase) and found this to be 100% untrue.in addition, Lenny the finance manager told me that the warranty is for 3 years which it is not. It is only for 1 year.

I was also told that the warranty would cover all maintenance such as oil changes, tires and brakes. I went through a tire within the first month, which was not covered, I needed breaks 6 months in, which was not covered nor was my oil change. I was was told that there was bluetooth in the vehicle and there is not. I've also NEVER received the bill of sale after approximately 10 phone calls in order to ascertain it.
