They took my money within seconds of purchasing. They stated they couldn't provide shipping for two weeks. OK it is 3 days past that and you can't get a ship date from them. They would not cancel the order the day after I placed it REFUSED to cancel it. Told me I had to have the product delivered and return it this translates to you get charged the $4.99 shipping and then they charge you a $7.99 fee to return them so you are out $13. And you return the product. Never again!!!
