Four months later not items were delivered

I requested to deals and used them using the vendor inside the necessary period. Four weeks later not products were shipped. Every month I approached LivingSocial and also the vendor and every time they equally fobbed me down. Four weeks in LivingSocial have delivered a contact saying used to donot receive over time and difficult.

Am currently getting out a state judge summons against them.
