Sold me a conversion kit to run e85 ethanol in my regular gas vehicle, and the kit did not work. They made me adjust it and try to fix it, it destroyed my gas mileage

This company does not stand behind their product. They tried to say that my four year old truck had issues which prevented their product from working. They had me make fifteen different adjustments to try and make their defective product work, which caused me to unhook my battery for extended periods of time and open the computer housing and make adjustments to the computer that controls the fuel delivery system. After several weeks and thirty or so emails, they finally agreed to issue a refund if i agreed to send it back. Worst customer service experience of my lifetime.
