Service Dept Fraud, Claiming problems not there $2000!

Ford F350 taken in have brakes checked, pull large horse trailer, after checking it out told Front and backBrake pads and rotors needed be replaced and front suspension, ball joints damaged and need new front suspension, lookin at close to $2000!
Took to Schneider tire in Greensboro for 2nd opinion - were told suspension fine, front brakes fine, rear brakes only 50 % worn and not ready need replacing. I called service dept to ask why Huge discrepancy. He reviewed file and had no explanation. Told him Schneider had truck still on lift and would like him go take second look to explain. He said he didn't have time. I told how deceived I felt and suspected them of fraud. He didn't care. He wouldn't even refund $100 diagnosis fee. This fraud must be stopped. I would have been out $2000 unnecessarily.
