Dollar Rental Dollar ripping customer's off with Toll Administrative fees

In June, we flew into Ft. Lauderdale and rented a car from Dollar Rental to drive to Islamarado. The salesman first talked me into a bigger car... Which I did not want and did not realize the cost until I signed on the "dotted line". The salesperson NEVER told me about how tolls worked in FL and the Dollar Rental policy of charging $25 PER Toll!

A month later I received TWO letters and TWO charges to my credit card from Dollar for $103 EACH for a total of $6 in tolls. So the total cost of me renting a car for 4 days was $480 instead of $274 (for the actual car rental). I had set a budget for this trip and the extra $200 just put it over the edge. This is fraudulent for a company to do this, when there is no option to pay the toll manually.
