Dollar Rent a car - Florida tolls
Is this a scam?

We visited Sarasota, Florida for a two week stay and rented a vehicle from Dollar Rent A Car. We paid all tolls and do not remember any road where there was a toll required but no where to pay this toll. However, we have recently received a notice from Dollar, saying our credit card has been debited. 50 cents for the toll fee and a $25 adninistration charge! Apparently, there are roads in Flroida that are toll roads but do not have areas to pay the toll or are not advertised! When asked how a tourist gets around this, apparently there is a $6.99 per day rental pass we could get from them (total $75). So for the odd $10 in total we paid in tolls over our 2 week stay, we would have paid a $75 plus tax rental pass or now pay the $25 administration charge for a. 50 cent toll??? Not very good for tourism is it?
