Poor Service, delay in getting overpaid money back

I overpaid my regular rent and required the cash back — $256.66.

I called the organization 15 times after faxing papers they required. The client support had no idea if the check was cut or when it'd be delivered. Named again after another week, nevertheless they'd no idea and check wasn't shipped.

I wanted the amount of the cost division however they declined to provide it in my experience — they stated they do not provide the quantity to clients. Ostensibly there's no method to protest straight to the division or people in control. Three months after seeking the check, I still do not know after I can get the cash back. Appears like it is their technique to create clients quit. Poor customer support, poor attitude.
