In 3 my 2002 Hyundai was remembered and allegedly fixed. And so I believed! Dec 31 the leading end-of my vehicle failed towards the floor having a large sound. Their title is Joe and he's the support supervisor. He started shouting and promising at me. I passed the telephone to some employee at Company Car Rental and he or she noticed him. He actually screamed and swore at her. She's also processing a criticism on him. Extremely unprofessional. I fely bullied and attacked. I'll NEVER purchase a vehicle there again! I'm writing to protest as well as I'd prefer to get my 45$ tow charge back. I'd also just like a rental-car until my vehicle is set. Thats to not much to request, since I have've been a faithful client since 2002 and I possess 2 Hyundai Elantrais.
