Rude disrespectful patronizing unapologetic

My wife stopped by to verify the price on a car. The sales manager "Tom" treated her rudely, disrespectfully, and patronized her. He treated her as if she was stupid and thought Taco Bell was a Mexican phone company. He insisted that they don't give prices in writing and got loud and ignorant with her. At this point she left the property.
I arrived later that day and asked to speak to "Tom" and requested an apology for the way she was treated. "Mo", another sales manager said that "I don't have to get Tom to apologize." So I left also and took my business to another dealer.
Nice building but high and mighty attitudes!
