Company out of Franklin, Indiana Complete Fraud, Steals Money, Never Produces Product

This company sells products that they never produce. They lie to you about when you will receive the product, they never produce the product, and when you request a refund, you will never get your refund. The owner, Randy Brown, lies to you and tells you the product is stuck in customs, or lost in a shipping container at the dock, and then lies and lies about your receipt of the product. They tell you to contact your bank for a refund, but your bank will not refund your money without a police report. The police department will tell you that since you authorized the charges, it is not theft. We contacted the Indiana BBB, the Internet Crimes Division, the FBI, local police, police in Franklin, IN, and the Indiana Attorney General. They all tell us there is nothing we can do. We paid this man $1,640.71 on March 19, and he refuses to produce the product or a refund. Do not buy from this company. They have had 33 complaints with the BBB in Indiana, and over 30 complaints with the Franklin Police Department. We are now considering a class action civil suit against the owner, Randy Brown, and this company. We are in the process of making an Open Records Request to the Franklin Police Department for contact information of other individuals that have been ripped off to see if they are interested in the class action suit. Buyer please beware of this company! They need to be put out of business!!
