RIPOFF FRAUDULENT BILL FOR PORNO SITE victimized many consumers

This company was able to put an icon on my 14 year old son's computer so that it bypassed my security on aol and he could dial this company directly like a fax line. The number that was called is 201-553-4711. Alyon Technologies sent me a bill for $400.98. They said I have to pay the bill because someone at my phone number agreed to it. I was out of town when this happened so it could not have been me. I am refusing to pay the bill. I have reported it and will follow up with it with the Schererville, Indiana police department. I have also contacted the Norcross police and the county police around Norcross but they want my local police to file the report. I have also checked with the county and city of Norcrosse. This company does not appear to have a license to do business in Norcross or the county. I have also called the Indiana attorney general and the Federal Trade commission.
