Uning beleivable!

Shipped a package out on December 28, from Atlanta GA to Fort Myers FL. They said it was expected to reach December 30.

On January 4, the tracking still only showed December 29 information. After calling 3-4 times and each time their systems were down (the entire postal system!). Finally on January 5, they lodge an inquiry. It takes upto 2 whole business days to get an answer to an inquiry. They are responsible for shipping. That's their value add. And they can't look up where packages are???

Anyway, they finally get back to me today - 9 days after I shipped. The package is in Minnesota!!! Yes, that is very very north of GA or FL and no definitely not on the way.

I have not lived in this country very long so had no idea that a company this messed still operates! They need to just shut down and leave this business to Fedex and UPS who seem to know how to take packages from A to B on-time and in a logical way.
