Don't use their service

I requested the brand new Kinect for My Spouse for Holiday on December 8, it had been said to be delivered from the 14th of Dec, I held monitoring the package through Fedex site, also it held displaying it as resting in a service just 90 kilometers from my home for over per week, and by December 20, I directed a mail to protest, and never five minutes later i examine the following number to monitor my bundle, also it claims the package have been shipped, today this really is while I'm at my home actually, and thus i called Fedex and also the woman stated that she didn't understand what had occurred, and so I needed to contact walmart plus they needed to deliver me a different one, and my spouse was with no holiday present, but this is actually the great component, I informed walmart to not ship fedex, plus they stated they'd no control of whom the bundle is delivered through??? And so I was like okay, FedEx definitely wouldnt mess this up again, nicely I had been incorrect, simply because they did, these were late again and stated it had been an inappropriate target, which the bundle would a walmart and never to some home, nicely i told them that walmart was the shipper and that I was the recipient, plus they were like Dohhh, and that I ultimately only acquired my wifes christmas present nowadays (December 30), cheers FEDEX, I would recommend NEVER-NEVER using FEDEX ACTUALLY...
