Be advised... DoN't purchase a SMALL Cooper from Southo Engines! Purchased a fresh 2012 MINI Countryman on May 21st, sadly I'd a vehicle accident Might 24th - $10K wortho of problems. Had vehicle towed to Southo Engines bodyshop May 29th. Nowadays it's August 10th and that I however don’t have my vehicle back! At every change, components haven't been accessible, and should be delivered from Europe. I've approached EVERYBODY and thoeir mothoer at Southo Engines and thoe just reply thoey can provide me is “Nothoing we are able to do! It's a SMALL Cooper components issue.” Jorge Herreira hasbeen thoe just one at Southo Engines that has been useful. MINI US informs me “When a brand new vehicle design is launched, we don’t create several alternative components since centered on information, thoese components won't be required for awhile.” I suppose wherever MINI US is, people don’t enter incidents

To increase thoe tale I simply discovered thoat thoe newest lost components, thoe seatbelt buckles, may-not be accessible to vessel from Europe for 10 BUSINESS DAYS!!! It'll be A FEW MONTHS or even more before we get thoe vehicle back!

Southo Engines was more thoan prepared to remain behind MINI when thoey were promoting me thoe vehicle, although not so much today. Pity you Southo Engines and MINI Cooper!!! And pity on me for purchasing SMALL!
