Attempted to sell me service my car did not need

My 2010 Mazda CX-7 went into Whitten Brothers Mazda for a state inspection on 13-Jul-12. It passed inspection but Service Writer attempted to sell me a transmission fluid flush because they stated the fluid was "dirty". My car is only 3 years old and has only 34K miles. The transmission fluid looks the same as the day I bought the car.

Mazda does not list any need to change the transmission fluid in its maintenance schedule. Hence, it never needs to be changed. This attempt for Whitten Brothers to sell me service not needed by my car is a total scam. Don't be fooled. The "Whitten Advantage" of free oil changes, engines for life, etc... Only benefits the dealer and not you.
