Fraudulent charges - consumer fraud ripoff - with forethought and intent!

We just received our bank statement and while balancing it found a charge of $149.95 by MWI Connections. Neither my wife nor I recognized the name and when I searched the internet for the company name... Lo and behold I found a plethora of complaints!
We have no idea how they obtained our card number; we've never even spoken to them! I am sending a return receipt letter to them with copies to the bank, the Attorney General, and the Federal Trade Commission. Monday I will call the Consumer Affairs Dept. Of Maryland.
I am astounded that such a company can continue to carry out this malicious sort of con job when faced with all sorts of legal action.
