Pipe heatshield broke off on second set and company says "too bad". Rip-off!

Purchased a set of exhaust pipes in June 03. Heatshields broke off in August. Returned pipes to Drag Specialties through dealer. They replaced pipes. The second set broke also in August of 04. Called Hardkrome directly and was told they could do nothing about it. It is obviously a design flaw that they will not stand behind.
