Ripoff Lied about my smog results, sabatoged my brakes

I took my car in for a pre - smog test. They said it failed miserably, and that it would cost me an additional $85 for them to tell me what needed to be fixed.
I couldn't part with another $85 so I decided to get my car and go home.

As soon as I left the parking lot my brakes started screaming loudly, and it was hard to stop the car. My brake job was only a month old. My brakes were perfect previously. I went back in and asked them about it, they told me that it wasn't their problem, and that my brakes were already like that. One of the repairmen pointed at the sign stating prices for repair work.

My boyfriend took it to a shop that he knew (Way too expensive that is why I didn't go there the first time.)
They said that I passed smog with flying colors, and that the bolt to my drivers side brake calipur had been unscrewed. The guy added that he believed that it didn't happen on it's own.

I called Good Guys General Auto Reapir to ask them how they normally do their smog checks. I asked if there were any way it accidentally got unscrewed they yelled that I couldn't prove anything and hung up on me.
