Reporting Two Loans From When I Was a Minor Despite Disputes

They are reporting two loans against me from when I was a minor and I've disputed it on my credit and they keep updating this saying I owe this money. I was under age. You can not get credit until your 18 these accounts are 9 years and 6 months old. I just turned 27. How are they still reporting this against me? Isn't that against the law.
