False reporting information against me on my credit

They are reporting two loans against me from when i was a minor and ive disputed it on my credit and they keep updating this saying i owe this money. I was under age. You can not get credit until your 18 these accounts are 9 years and 6 months old. I just turned 27. How are they still reporting this against me? Isn't that against the law.
