Low life ripoff thieves refusing to update my account after payment was made in full

After paying in full a $489 debt that my insurance refused to pay, NCO Financial systems refuses to update my account. Although I have proofs of payments (they sent me a reciept) they insist on not updating my records with the credit reporting companies. NCO Financial practice dishonest business as they refuse to update customers' accounts with credit reporting companies. Those people are crooks who should be put out of business.
