I own GX 470. There was a crack in front windshield and contacted Abra for replacement (Quote: 1141794). When they issued the quote, I was informed it would take 3-5 days. I have contacted them 3 times over the period of 15 days; every time, the only answer I got was we will get back to you. No direct response on what happened to my order. Finally I canceled the quote. I think it is very unprofessional to keep customer waiting with broken windshield, while they can't event provide status update. This is not to mention the unfriendly tone of the reps I dealt with. When Abra claims they are the best in class; I expect more professional customer service to back up their claim. Otherwise, don't say nothing... People will know it is a second class company.
