Ripoff Closes Early stole truck

I went outside to go to work... No truck. I called the city and they tell me it's at ALL VALLEY IMPOUND yard. I call and they say thay are open until 5pm. I go after work at 4:45pm and the security gaurd is locking up.

This was on a Friday. I go on Mon. As soon as they open. It just so happens that they are not open on the weekends. They try to charge me $10 for Sat. And $10 for Sun. And $10 storage for after 5pm on Sun. Since when is Sunday two days? They are charging me above the legal limit ($10 per calendar day if car is available for removal for 8 consecutive hours).

I refused to pay and they say they are going to charge $350 in collections fees.
