This company is a rip off

I also responded to a free trial for just $4.95. I have not tried it yet.

Today, when checking my account, I found a charge for $74.45. I called to see who was charging me. I was told that my agreement with the trial said I would be billed if I did not cancel in 14 days. They would not cancel my charge.

They are open Monday thru Friday, no week ends. I pointed this out when I tried counting up 14 days. I asked to speak to a supervisor and explained the 14 days to him. I told him that if he is open M - F, then 14 days should be M -F, and weekends should not count. He told me there was nothing he could do, I should have called within the 14 days.
