Company ripped us off $1588.00! I never recieved a notification of Bankrupcy or letter of termination! Ripoff

We purchased this Warranty in September. We agreed for an 18 month installment plan and for them to deduct $80.24 dollars each month from our checking account. Then one year later our vehicle broked down and we contacted Warranty USA for reimbursment but we kept getting the run around.

After one month of calling and trying to get information out of them they refused and said we would be getting information over the mail. Till this day we have yet to recieved that this company filed for Bankcrupty. Please help!!
