After a yr said they couldn't find a contract, then they wouldn't honor the contract

I have been paying my bill on time every month to Warranty Finance for a year. My car need some work done. I took it to the dealer. The dealer ctried to contact the warranty company just to get the run a round.

For 3 to 4 days the the shop and myself kept calling the warranty compny trying to get the approval. Finally I became frustrated and decided to cancel the warranty.

During the process of getting the run a round I was told they could not find my contract, then I was told several times that it was sent to the dealer several times. I was lied to so much.

I called my bank and put a stop payment on that account and sent a cancellation notice to the company via fax.

I recieved e few calls just to inform them that I faxed them a letter of cancellation.

On Feb. 14 I recieved a called asking for a payment. I inturn explained the situation. The gentleman asked me to fax a letter to the New Jersey office right then with all the information and told me if anyoneelse calls tell them that I faxedd the cancellation to the Jersey office.

Someone called and I passed on the information. It did nothing because they keep calling. They attacked my bank account with a higher dollar amount. I had to close my bank card out so they could not get any money.

I had ask them to refund all of my money since I did not use them and they would not fix my car.

I would greatly appreciate it if you can help me get my money back. They have taken over $1,500.00 from me and trying to take more.
