NTB off I -45 North houston is horrible!

I went in to have a lug nut on. Only one customer was there with 3 employees. He told me around $50 price and 30 min. After I complained and got the men to leave a break room it took 1 hour and 45 min and cost 71 dollars!? I could not just leave because they pulled my car in thier shop and put it on a lift just sitting in the air. Another man came in just for a new battery... He was waiting after we left... He was there an hour that I know of. When I complained and got them out the break room, the guy said let me ck on it be right back. He came back did not look at me did not speak to me just ignore me. Handed a guy my lug nut telling him to do it next. Only 3 customers including me total 3 guys... Why such the long wait??? Why the rudeness??? Why the price hike???
