Dennis saban insurance fraud

I gave saban's proof of insurance so i didnt have to buy thiers. I had the insurance card and even faxed it to sabans. At the rental return he demanded i purchase insurance threatening me to call the police. I paid him 300 dollars to get out of there as they literally imprisoned me in the store. Isnt this insurance fraud since i already returned the car?
