Bo Gilmore, sales man sold us a 2006 tundra truck off ebay. The truck is missing at least ten items that was on their advertisement

We bought a tundra truck, last week from Crencor, Bo Gilmore. He told me, on the lst call to him, if anything was not to our satisfaction, we had 72 hrs. To return the truck but later said that was not true. When his rep brought the truck to our house on Feb. 4th, he (Charlie) also told me we had 72 hrs. To return the truck. It was after dark when they delivered the truck but they were supposed to be here at 3:00. When my husband inspected it the next day, he found MANY things that were advertised in the ad were NOT on that truck. He called Bo and got the run around all the way through Monday. I faxed him a letter Monday night, the 8th, and told him he had until 5:30 on the 9th to get this straight, which he has not done. They offered us $750 which we won't take. The equipment that was in their ad, that the truck is missing, is worth around $6,000, which is what my husband told them it would take to settle this false advertisement case.
